Age, AGE & age...

I can see three components of age;Firstly the hard fact determined by your date of birth.Secondly the biological age, which I believe medical people can put a number on. This is the big one to me as we all have our variables. To use an analogy we have so many miles on the clock, some hard miles some easy miles, some maintenance, some neglect and some misfortune...Thirdly the psychological age, growing up is optional, growing old isn't. I'm still a big kid inside

Clearly your not concerned about population growth.Reading minds, how very big brother, a humans last vestige of privacy and escape, and you support that?

no desire to live forever......I think aging is not such a bad thing.....to everything there is a season......I enjoy the balance of my life...and I get to connect with kids in my work....my inner child rejoices any that xx Q

Age to me is just a number now, once I would have worried about my number, but not now. Honestly I'm having more fun, learning more, experiencing more, enjoying it more now than I ever did in my 20's and 30's. We all have to age, there is nothing you can do about it, it's part of the circle of life.....get busy living, or get busy dying.....💋

They talk about your chronological age, and your spinal age e.g. how flexible your spine is. Physical flexibility is considered to be a hugely important indicator of health and ageing.
