Best gym exercises for sex

What are your top gym recommendations for sex? Something I might want to add to my routine. I used to focus quite heavily on building muscle in legs and booty. Because vanity. But have since started to focus much more on functional core and exercises that have me with both hands on the ground holding up body weight. I used to tire in the arms and shoulders much more than I’d like and extra stamina in that way has definitely helped Sexercise physiologist, anyone? 😜

    Try to get in 20–25 push-ups and have a go with the hula hoop as well.

    Hip thrusts, nordic curls, lat pulldowns, Romanian deadlifts and basically anything posterior helps with functional strength.

    Abi does a lot of Pilates which she says helps with her “on top” stamina. Definitely noticeable since she’s been doing it. As for strength - bodyweight reps to failure for upper body is a common conversation these days. Push ups, pull ups, dips. A good combo to work the entire trunk and arms.

    As a pilates instructor I suggest pilates. Reformer preferred but mat is great too. No specific exercises, just follow your instructor.
