All very interesting comments I must say. I totally agree with the respect thing, But I must say that it goes both ways. There are some bloody rude women on rhp. These are my gripes:Guys please check ur sent mail to see if your mail has been read before you start with a string of followup messages. I still think its stupid. This isnt the same as going to a club with your friends. It is an Internet chat room. Not everybody knows everybody else or who they are intersted in. Besides that, if your friend is hitting on the object of your affections then that is an issue between you and your friend, not the random guy you are talking to. He has no moral obligation towards you if you only just met, however your friend does.

Home truths...... Everyone is a bitch to each other on the internet. I have first hand experience of it from a few of the people who post in forums regularly. It's all about being able to say "fuck you" to people who piss you off, but they are pissing you off for completely different reasons to why you are actually in a shitty mood. You either need to toughen up, or remove yourself from the chatrooms to save yourself the hurt. I choose to do both. Why put yourself in a position where someone can take advantage of you? To be honest, in part you are right, we have a small attention spam, just like gold fish, until there really is something or someone who catches it.
