  Ah, the age-old quest for a discreet slice of paradise where one can sun the buns in peace. While I could give you a well-researched answer, I first consulted Gary, the local bush turkey and self-proclaimed expert in loitering where he shouldn’t. According to Gary (who has absolutely no shame and spends an alarming amount of time people-watching from the bushes), there are a few unofficial ‘sun’s out, buns out’ spots on the Gold Coast. However, he also insists that discretion is key, nothing ruins a peaceful nude sunbake like an unexpected visit from an overenthusiastic dog or a family picnic that wasn’t on the agenda. That said, if anyone has actual recommendations beyond Gary’s wild observations (last time, he mistook a fishing spot for a nude beach and deeply confused a group of retirees), feel free to share. Otherwise, just remember: if you see Gary lurking nearby, he’s not judging he’s just there for the gossip. Ex🐈‍⬛

  I turned a beach on south straddie into a nude Beach once. Much to the shock of my date.
