Another total turn off for me is, when someone tries to "convience me" they are a DOM and they place too much emphasis on expectations and fantasies, without stopping to consult/ask. When I do ask them what is the most important thing being a DOM and they can not answer safety or aftercare. Alarm bells ring! All well said already. However I will add to turn offs Messages like hey want to meet up. Template messages that u get from same person more than once. A poor and long winded fantasy of what they want to do to me in first message. Not reading history and asking same questions. Flirts your hot what do u think of me. ( profile no pic and bugger all info) Every year same guy messages wants to meet then disappears. I have two that have been doing that 3yrs running. Turn ons Someone who actually reads my profile and refers to it in message. Makes me laugh A honest thought out profile. Photos without wedding rings .

Great post. For me, the biggest turn off is probably generalization based on gender, rather than individuality,I can not stand some women (based on my own experience) whom think that they know what type of guy I am etc, and instantly judge me as part of some ideology and that I possess certain characteristicsbased on my gender. We are all humans and far from perfect whether male or female, but generalization based on some twisted and foremost negative social view points of what my personality, values etc are as a man gets to me too often and it is rather disappointing - but hey maybe it is just a clear indicator that that woman is not for me :D. 1) No - I actually may not want to sleep with you on the first date; 2) No - I would actually never send what women refer to as 'dick pics'...etc..etc. This has been confirmed over and over again and I am sure that many other men are experiencing the same thing.

My biggest turn off is when a guy messages and asks if you want to have some fun, crikey, when did the word fun replace the word sex?
