Look I am by no means an expert... but you should treat it like a penis. You can't just grab a limp penis and start wanking it. You need to bring it to attention first. Same with the clitoris. If you can't feel it engorged under your tongue, you need to slowly wake it up... tease it... even better - don't tease it... tease every bit around it. The left side is more responsive than the right side. I hadn't thought of that before but reading through here, I'm not the only one... I have learnt that it must be treated differently for different women and different moods. The best approach is to let her control the way it is handled.
