Hi All I am currently in the process of researching Ink for Fantasy Novel I am writing, with a focus of magic based on Ink. As part of the research I am trying to get a feel for peoples Ink and various related questions. If you have various tattoos on your body and wish to share with me responses it would be appreciated. Please note that any reference in my writing will be stripped of personal details and/or supplied imagery. If you could respond to following either via a post here or an email to me on [email protected] it would be appreciated. 1. What was your first tattoo?2. What year did you get it, age as well if you wish to provide that.3. Did you get it done by an artist, yourself or a drunken friend?4. When you got the tattoo what did it feel like, your thoughts, your feelings, a description of what was going on in your mind.5. What does the tattoo mean to you or it is pretty art?6. What part of your body and how large?7. If you got a second tattoo what was it?7. Rinse and repeat on the questions above. I have one tattoo and got it three and a half years ago as a tribute to my wife who had passed away a month earlier. It is on the inside of my bicep and is Chinese characters that spell her name. It is a reminder to me everyday of what we shared :)
