Hi Michelle... From my own personable experiences or people I have known over the years ' it can be mental or physical thing for both men and women. Its a fact that people who have difficulty in cumming either try too hard or fear they cant or wont cum' usually dont. If there is nothing physically wrong with you and your bits have not been damaged in any way. It could be a result of something that has happened through your life sometime. Quite often it can come about by a bad experience from a selfish unthinking partner who place some unreal demands on a person' resulting in low self exteeme or guilt. Or even parents who refused to acknowledge we have bits down there that should never be spoken about and definately not touched.. Not saying this is you.. Just useing these as a example' cause that does happen.. You did not say much except you never experienced a orgasm.... Do you become aroused ? Do you feel like you could orgasm but cant quite get there ? Maybe you could let us know ?

Sucks to be you.If this is genuine and not a troll, if in 45 years of life you haven't bee able to figure out how your bits work, how can you expect a bunch of strangers on the internet to help you out? Seriously, go an see a Dr or a counsellor, or a sex therapist. Go to a sex shop and by some vibrating toys, play until you thin you can't take it anymore and then push on through. Learn to love yourself.

As a Guy, it is interesting to see how easy some women can orgasm and some just cant get there, just from experience the ones that I find just can t get there are the women who do not like or fear getting out of control. If you learn to let go you may find that it will happen more easily. I may be completely wrong but thats the way I see it.

I am with PBG. Learn to love yourself first. Learn what YOU like. Buy the toys, experiment a little. Keep on pushing until you explode. If you do not know what you like, then it would be damn hard to explain to someone else what turns you on.

Could it be that deep down you are worried about making wierd noises or screams and so you have just not allowed yourself to let yourself go. Is pretty sad though. Here's hoping that you can get that first one out of the road and we will see a demon let loose. Just relax and enjoy yourself, or get professional help, there could be health issues.
