Exercise and good nutrition ... don't want foreign bodies in my body.(waiting for the comments here)...thats asking for trouble... age gracefully... people with facelifts look like people with face lifts... fake tits.. look like fake tits... tummy tuck..hmmm nice big scar.... certainly NOT the same as a well toned tummy in my view and someone who has put in the work

is the removal of some excess skin. No amount of exercise will ever change it having it cut off is the only way to get rid of it. Although my boobs are saggy I'm not interested in having scars on them so saggy they will remain.

Does having my right ear sown back on count ? The result was pretty good in that it is still attached to my head, although a little lower than the left ear and the hearing isn't so great.

I eat well, exercise meh....my first pregnancy was an emergency c-section, my tummy never recovered and I had a permanent apron. Weight gain, weight loss, other pregnancy, hysterectomy etc etc and finally the decision to fix my belly so I didn't constantly look 6mths pregnant. I had an extended tummy tuck, the scar is still diminishing and I'm told by one who loves me that he thinks I'm still beautiful naked but he always has regardless of that scar. I had body contouring vaser-lyposuction to my torso and back, I have a waist WOW!! I had a thigh lift, not bad but I always had great legs. My tits are my own though from what I saw of the 18 breast jobs in my surgical tour group and the results there was little to zero scarring and a the ladies appeared happy and still are. It's not what you think Cinnamonsilk.....it's how you feel about yourself. I've never lacked for attention even at 96kg as I've often said but I did want to look nicer. I lost 20kg with the help of a gastric lapband then booked the surgical trip recommended to me by JayMe who I am forever grateful to for recommending my surgeon. I didn't tell my family, I'd never been out of the country and no one knew what I was up to. 11hrs under the knife, 7 litres of hard fat and 3kg of excess skin later I am very happy with my appearance, scar and all. Zero pain, 100% gain. I don't look plastic, I look nice and my family all think it's great! Will I go back for a breast lift or facelift, hell YES!! But not yet, my boobs and saggy cheeks have got plenty of smiles left in them for the next decade or so and I am content. Thanks for asking OP.

I so hear you ....know exactly what you mean...My first plastic surgery was performed at 25.......removing scars from my face. While this op was quite painful and took a while to recover, it was certainly worth it.After 2 abdominal ops that wrecked my muscles and tissue, was time for a tidy up....That also was a bit painful but worth it - esp when I didn't have to buy loose clothes anymore. Then when I became single (6 years ago) I had a good weight loss and decided to tidy up the lower part of the bod, which had attracted demeaning comments from the ex.....best thing I ever did. Minimal pain this time, as a lot of surgery has changed over the years, as have the meds... I would do it all over again......as it has been worth it!And I did it for ME!!!!!

I plan on getting a tummy tuck probably in a year or so. Due to pregnancy as mentioned previously no amount of exercise will undo what two big babies did. I'm also contemplating a breast lift/reduction possibly but I just want my stomach fixed first then I'll assess after that.

That works for puffy eyes due to a lack of sleep, not so much for the bags some of us get through aging. I wish!

Wouldn't it be safer to see a real surgeon rather than a plastic one?

If you can afford it and really want it then do it. So many women these days have enhanced breasts and if the surgeon is good they are great. I have never understood why some guys only like natural when you can have a lot of fun with both ! When it comes to the face , I say be very careful !

Thailand was AMAZING!! Honestly the nurses, the hospital, the food!! really put Australian Hospitals to shame....I shudder at the thought of going into an Australian hospital in future. Given the Thai Bhat allows for more luxury than the AU$ and the hospital could afford the intensive labour BUT bugger me!! I loved my experience, everything down to the fruit that cane up to my room cut into love hearts to the hugs I got from the pretty little nurses on a sad day due to the cocktail of drugs to being ascorted to all my appointments and having EVERYTHING EXPLAINED TO ME in very concise if heavily accented english. I'd go back in a heartbeat! Any problems were (and there was only 1 lady who developed a lump in her breast a day after surgery and was back in care within a couple of hours and back with us for brekky the next morning) dealt with swiftly and immediately. I have pictures and film diaries of my journey from the anaesthetic to coming to in recovery and being shown all they'd removed from me before it being disposed of 😳 I took film footage because I didn't think anyone would believe how awesome the entire experience and the care was. Lots of pictures too. I even face-booked alot of it.

I had a breast augmentation 2 years ago as a joint 40th bday pressie for me & mr unicorn I actually had the surgery done a couple of days before his birthday...I went from a saggy b ( ravaged from 3 pregnancies & weight training) to a DD...I must add though although I did it for a few reasons and joke it was for mr unicorns 40th I did it for me, because I could and because it made me feel good and I wouldn't be against any other surgical procedures as I age that make me feel good about myself:) - Posted from rhpmobile
