When I was little girl I just shot up and developed a horrible stoop so my mother enrolled me into ballet class to develop my posture. Ballet became my only love and I lived and breathed it. However as I hit my teens my breasts just grew and grew. And many many tears were shed. I begged my mother for a breast reduction - which she refused, stating that even with a breast reduction, with my tallness I was never going to "make it" as a ballerina. There's no such think as a tall big boobed ballerina. So as punishment, I was determined to somehow change the shape of my body. I embraced purging, food denial, water and soup diets, laxatives etc. Interestingly enough none of these methods changed the size of my boobs nor stopped me growing For years I devastated my body and all I brought upon myself was ill health and guilt - hiding it all from my family and dance teachers. But after fainting one too many times, a dance teacher cottoned onto what I was doing and after counseling and great advice I was steered towards a dance form that was more appropriate for my body type which was Latin America - specifically Samba and I then realized I was home. From there I embraced burlesque and Go Go dancing. My body type was finally accepted Now after just being brought down by a knee reconstruction and pneumonia and other health issues of late, I've finally realize that the most important thing ever is good health and body acceptance. No lover has ever complained about my tallness or big boobs. Funningly enough, the only person that has ever obsessed over my body was me.

It's interesting that most people here are equating 'athletic' with 'skinny' and no boobs. Yeah sure that's sometimes the case, but 'athletic' can mean different things. It's also the case that more women are getting into strength-based activities such as weight and deadlifting, that actually make them bigger due to increased muscle mass. And I think that's a good thing, because women are so conditioned to making themselves smaller and thinner and that's what society generally expects of them. It's not considered 'ladylike' to have lots of muscle, but more women are saying 'fuck that, this is what I want to do, I want to be strong and it makes me feel good'. I read a good blog post about this just this morning, google 'Gabby's gluten free body image and being different'. And all the people saying that it's just a fad....I don't think so, because more and more people are wanting to be healthy and fit, sure some people take it to the extreme which also can be unhealthy, but generally I think it's a good thing. As to the big boobs thing, yeah there are trends over time but seriously, big boobs are never going to become unpopular with men. You just have to look at how obsessed they are with boobs to see that (generally speaking, #not all men, I know). For myself, I'd love just that extra cup size, but personally I wouldn't consider surgery so I'm stuck with what I have. At least I can exercise without the boobs being an issue and don't have to spend lots of money on special bras to keep them contained, any old crop top and I'm good to go. I do think I have a pretty good arse though

In my humble opinon many men will feel threatened by a woman with a truly athletic body, ie abs and biceps (not body builder type). Even more so if they dont take care of themselves. There are alot of other things that go along with this though, such as being healthy, and dedicated to a fitness regime, and taking care of yourself. The whole body/temple thing I guess. A womans body is a beautiful thing, regardless of A, B or D cup.

Ive always prefered smaller boobs, big boobs on the right body can be ok, but that is not usually the case.The shape is what Im more attracted to, so if they are on the largish side then the shape has to be just right.Same goes for smaller boobs, if they look like two passionfruits in a pair of flesh toned pantyhose then no thanks lol

Call me shallow.. but I like a tight girlish figure with small to medium tits who's asre looks great in jeans and shorts... OK 'THATS, what I like' In reality its not always easy to find.. So Im happy to go with the ole clique of personality first and a nice body second. Most females have something nice about themself, so Im happy to roll with that.. We worry too much about what we should and shouldnt have.. One of the most memorable liasons I ever had was with a girl who was no oil painting.. she had a great body and knew how to use it.. That counts..

I am fit but not ripped and have DDs I think I would look like a boy if I had smaller breasts because my body is not curvy. When I wear tight fitting clothes my breast really stand out because of my small frame men cant help but look, I love big boobs, small boobs all boobs haha who cares what men prefer as long as we are happy within ourselves right?? :)

I don't think a genuine hourglass figure will ever go out of fashion. And when I say genuine I mean genuine hour glass figure, where they have breasts to hip to waist ratio that is just too damn sexy. Not someone who is overweight and saying that it is an hourglass figure. That may ruffle some feathers but it's the truth. That said, I have never desired breasts in a woman, some of my favourite past lovers have had little or no breasts. A great ass is the most attractive bodily feature for me (not including facial features).

the 50s and 60s you had Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren (wow), Raquel Welch (wowow), and other 'well rounded' Actresses.then the fitness craze kicked in in the 80s, and it was all about buff., thighs of steel, buns of thunder, etc. seems to be a fad that comes and goes.From what i have seen, it has looped a few times already. seems to be picking up the pace. Boobs is boobs, big or small.I for the most part have drooled over big tits, but there are times when a petite woman is also a real turn on. a lot of times to me, it is how woman carries and presents herself. As was stated before, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.I have seen women that I 'normally' wouldn't really like, but for some reason cant take my eyes off them when they walk past.

The younger women I've met lately insisted they were DD (doesn't worry me) but certainly were not when it came down to it. Perhaps they just were not on trend. (Maybe it's the young woman equivalent of an 8" cock. Everyone has it). Prefer A to DD, love curves. Toned but not muscular. I'm possessed of too many hard edges, not keen on the same in a lover. With the focus on eating right and being fit these days its only natural for body sizes etc to follow suit. From personal experience most people who are into fitness are looking for like minded people, so there bodytypes will be similar...ie muscualr/toned. Smaller breasts are a result of losing bodyfat so it follows suit the more people into the latest fitness trend, the more athletic physiques you'll see on display. So yes, I'd say big boobs etc are on the way out. For how long who knows? Shame really.

Its my contention and experience that there is generally plenty of "evidence" to support any agenda or opinion. Anything from healthcare to sex. Finding ways of turning my attention inward and to the present has had the most benefit. The outside world should not dictate my happiness or preferences. Easier said than done, admittedly! However the truer I am to the 6th sense that lies within... the greater the reward. Applying that to body type... I find a greater enjoyment from more "types", as it allows me to see the beauty in things instead of the negative. That said, I'll always have my preferences... its what makes us all unique. I love the "classic" hourglass. I am lucky... my wife is very fit, but also not rail skinny. She has very large breasts, a tiny waist, large hips. Curves for days. Love it. She gets checked out constantly. To generalise more... my wife and I both prefer fit. A person who looks after themselves, regardless of size, and puts regular conscious effort into their looks, is a sexy person. Yes, that rules out very large people with no self discipline. But it also rules out thin folks we call "skinny fat". The outer body is almost always a reflection of a self image. Hard pill to swallow for most, as we are conditioned in society to blame the outer world and not take personal responsibility for ourselves and our circumstances. We are into fitness and a healthy life because it is very personally rewarding. We love practicing the skill of strength. We love the say we feel. Its a bonus when the end result is a good body. Whatever you do or don't do, do it for you. Just my 2c worth. :-)

I have alway been a fan of small or medium (C) busts, so for me bigger is not a thing for me, I would no go as far as saying it is a turn of but I prefer the other way. I nice size butt on the other hand is totally different for me, love a nice tone sizable butt.

Seeing a woman keeping fit is sexy. To paraphrases a poppular meme It shows she is determined, disciplined, has patience, work ethic, dedication. What she gained can't be stolen, borrowed or bought and like a well tailored suit she's got a well tailored body, it's a status symbol. That's sexy. And women know it. It's all about the toned body. It's the era we are in. Much like when a muscular physique on a man wasn't favoured. But the main drive would be that "fat" is bad and keeping healthy is great and the by-product of that is a fitter body. I mean do people really like those spinach, carrot, tomato, grape, broccoli smoothies?!? Don't get me wrong just because you're not muscular or toned doesn't mean you don't have those qualities.

My personal view on boobs is I like them in nice proportion to the rest of a woman's figure with a few rules: 1) her chest should be bigger than her stomach at all times2) her chest should be bigger than mine at all times Things that gross me out: 1) if she's skinny but has huge boobs2) similarly, if she's well built but has boobs that are barely noticeable I'm more of an active bloke, and love women who can be active and keep up with me. If a woman has an oversize chest, it's kind of hard, say, to do any sort of activities that involve moving fast if we have to worry about her boobs bouncing upwards and thwacking her in the face. Just my two cents

I'm not a huge fan of women with abs, they kinda freak me out!However, I understand that sort of fitness goal is for some and not for others though. I did read something similar awhile back Meeka, in a Men's Health magazine saying that women's body shapes were becoming more common in the rectangle bracket. i.e boobs/waist/butt were all of similar proportion and in line. I'll see if I can dig it out sometime. Personally I really dig the small hourglass figure on a petite female, which some would consider an 'average' build :)Each to there own really!

I think good on the woman who can arrange her time to get her excercise in.... Then there are the other women who work all day, look after the children, the house, another business etc etc etc and collapse exhausted on the couch and eat the peanut butter sandwich for energy lol.......... Ok, I don't agree with "obese", but I think cuddly can sometimes be excused :))))....... By the way, my DDs are appreciated by whoever appreciates them.

I myself, love a ladies curves, great to explore , kiss , fondle and play, curves are the best. Who wants to drive on a straight road and get to the finish quick? Not me, I enjoy traveling the scenic route and seeing and stopping to enjoy all the scenery spending all the time to enjoy it. While trying to let the said road enjoy my visits too. Some women suit athletic and it looks great with them. Some women have lovely curves and you treat them like a backroad on a motorbike and spend hours just enjoying them. Some women are larger and may not be as curvy as others, however, their bodies are still full of that magical appeal that you just want to get your hands and mouth on as much as you can. A lot of it comes down to personal choice and that look they give you that ignites that essential spark to get each others clothes off or arranged so you can fully enjoy each other in the time you have.
